We love pets!

Musick Rentals LLC does allow pets at our Knob Hill Complex. A monthly pet fee is required for each pet living in a unit. A maximum of 3 pets is allowed per unit. The following rules also apply to any pet on the premises:

- All pets must be leashed at all times when outside of the unit. 

- No pet is to be tied/chained to any part of the property at any time. 

- All pets must be litter/potty trained. 

- All pets must be up to date on all required vaccinations and tenant must provide proof to the landlord prior to move in. 

- Tenants are responsible for cleaning after their pets when outdoors. 

- No loud or aggressive pets will be tolerated at any time. 

- Tenant is responsible for any damages to the unit and may be required to pay for additional repairs if the security deposit does not cover the costs. 

- Any pet found occupying a unit without prior approval and without documentation on the lease are to be removed immediately. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of lease. 

- Tenant is responsible for completing flea treatments to the unit at the end of their lease and must provide a copy of the receipt to the Landlord. If not completed, the Landlord reserves the right to charge any costs for flea treatment to the tenant or remaining security deposit. 

- Failure to comply with any of the pet policy at any time may result in removal of pet or termination of lease.
