We are currently in the process of remodeling the last building of units at the Knob Hill Complex in Chapmanville, WV. We are currently taking deposits to secure units. Below is a list of units that are currently being remodeled and their projected availability date. All units include Water, Sewer, and Trash utilities. Electric and Internet are the tenant's responsibility. Each unit has new appliances and a hook up only for a washer and dryer.
